How It Works
From your cart in the USA to your hand in Jamaica
Each step explains what you do and what Ship With WIS does next.
Step 1
Create Your Account
Register with Ship With WIS. Once the QWIKPACK connection is active, the official backend will create or return the customer number used for the account.
Step 2
Receive Your Warehouse Information
Copy the assigned customer name, warehouse address and unique customer number exactly as displayed.
Step 3
Shop Online
Use the provided warehouse information when placing an order with an online retailer.
Step 4
Pre-Alert Your Package
Submit the tracking number and required package details through the customer portal when this feature is activated through QWIKPACK.
Step 5
Warehouse Receipt and Processing
When the designated warehouse records the package, the customer dashboard should display the information made available through the QWIKPACK API.
Step 6
Shipment to Jamaica
Packages are generally scheduled for shipment up to three times weekly, depending on operational conditions.
Step 7
Payment, Pickup or Delivery
Pay the applicable Ship With WIS charge before release unless otherwise agreed in writing. Collect the package or request islandwide delivery through Knutsford Express. The Knutsford Express delivery fee is separate and is paid by the customer upon delivery.
Awaiting QWIKPACK integration
Registration, pre-alerts and tracking screens are built, but remain inactive in this private preview until the QWIKPACK API documentation, credentials and permissions are supplied.
