Depending on the service used, Ship With WIS may collect:

• Email address and telephone or WhatsApp number
• Parish, pickup or delivery information
• Customer number and account credentials
• Tracking numbers and package information
• Package descriptions, declared values and invoices
• Warehouse, shipping and delivery records
• Payment status and transaction references, but not full card information unless processed by an authorized payment provider
• Communications, support requests and claim evidence
• Website security, device and technical information where reasonably necessary
• Records showing acceptance of Terms and the Privacy Notice

Information may be collected directly from the customer, through the Ship With WIS website or customer portal, from QWIKPACK and the designated warehouse, from carriers and delivery partners, from payment providers and from vendors involved in an assisted-shopping request.

Ship With WIS may use personal information to:

• Register and manage customer accounts
• Provide warehouse information and customer numbers
• Receive, identify, process and track packages
• Complete shipping, pickup and delivery services
• Process payments and maintain transaction records
• Communicate package and service updates

Ship With WIS does not sell customer personal information.

Because packages move between the United States and Jamaica, relevant customer and package information may be processed in both countries. Ship With WIS will take reasonable steps to use information only for legitimate service purposes and to require appropriate handling by service providers.

Ship With WIS will use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. These measures should include access controls, secure authentication, encrypted connections, protected API credentials, role-based permissions, secure backups and monitoring. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Personal information will be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, customer support, claims, accounting, legal obligations, security and dispute resolution. Before publication, Ship With WIS must document and approve specific retention periods for customer accounts, package records, uploaded invoices, claim evidence, contact forms, activity logs and backups.

Subject to applicable law, customers may request access to their personal information, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected and ask questions about how their information is used. Other rights, including deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent, may apply depending on the circumstances and legal requirements.

Use only cookies or local storage that are necessary for secure website operation until a complete cookie review is finished. Do not activate non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking cookies without appropriate notice and consent controls where required.

The website may link to QWIKPACK, Knutsford Express, payment providers, retailers or other third parties. Their privacy practices and terms apply to their own services. Ship With WIS should clearly identify when a customer is leaving the official website.
