How your balance is protected
- You can only ever see the balance recorded against your own account.
- Charges, payment status and transaction records are read-only for customers and can be changed only by Ship With WIS.
- Access is enforced by backend permissions and row-level security, not by hiding buttons.
- No processing fee is added to your Ship With WIS balance.
Balances activate with the official billing connection
Ship With WIS has not created demonstration customers or sample balances. When QWIKPACK supplies billing information, that information is used as the primary source and only Ship With WIS charges or approved adjustments are stored separately. Production balances stay switched off until the final billing connection is approved.
